A new coffee roaster in Paonia, Rubicon Roasting hand-roasts fine fair trade coffees, there’s nothing like fresh roasted coffee. They offer their coffees retail and also on a wholesale basis to shops around the western slope. They will open a coffee shop and local wine tasting storefront in summer 2017 right on Highway 133. Yay!
